There is a machine that allows an individual to change what they are naturally talented for. The machine doesn't increase the net amount of talent an individual has, it just distributes it how an individual wants. Once the talents have been reshuffled, the process is irreversable and machine cannot be reused by that individual. Examples of talents might be singing talent, being talented in math, being talent for playing football etc.

The alleged Janša non-paper, amongst other things, proposes the dissolution of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Under the plan, Republika Srpska would unify with Serbia, whereas the majority Croatian cantons of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina would become part of Croatia. The remainder of the country would maintain its independence.
